Current Tenant Records
If your property is currently occupied or has been tenant occupied during the past year, I will need existing records to register tenant and property beginning balances in the system.
I will review existing/past tenant application, security deposits, payment history, late payments and lease violations
Current Manager Records
Service request, property repairs, financial reports, insurance policies, will tell me how the investment has been managed and will be helpful when making recommendations if necessary.
Current Maintenance Records
Reviewing maintenance records gives me a better picture all maintenance services you currently have working in your property.
