Recurring Payments<\/h3>

You choose which recurrent bills you want me to process. Monthly Bills for the property are paid from the proceeds of the rent before disbursing net rent to you.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Repair Jobs<\/h3>

Payments to vendors on small repairs and improvements are usually processed in a 50\/50 split.<\/p>\n

Initial Payment<\/strong> is issued after the owner has agreed with terms on the vendor's estimate.<\/p>\n

Final Payment<\/strong> is issued only after I inspect and approve the completion of the job, and after receiving the final invoice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Improvement Jobs<\/h3>

Payments to vendors on large jobs may vary depending on the nature, size, and duration of project. Usually there are more than 2 disbursements:<\/p>\n

Initial Payment<\/strong> is also issued once owner has agreed on terms.<\/p>\n

Periodic Payments<\/strong> are scheduled based on completed stages of the job.<\/p>\n

Final Hold of 10%<\/strong> is released once property manager and owner have inspected and approved the completion of the job, and after receiving the final invoice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
